Il programma Supply Chain Procurement Certificate di ASCM/APICS è un programma di formazione progettato per aiutare i professionisti della Supply Chain, sia di livello base che esperti, ad ampliare le proprie conoscenze nell’area Procurement.
Il programma, erogato in inglese, fornisce una panoramica dei concetti di Procurement, delle strategie di approvvigionamento, di supplier relationship management, delle negoziazioni, delle metriche di valutazione e altro ancora.
Il programma online e self-paced prevede 20 ore di formazione in inglese e un esame finale completo.
Al termine di questo programma state-of-the-art il partecipante sarà in grado di:
- Sviluppare una strategia di sourcing
- Stabilire politiche di procurement efficaci
- Valutare in modo efficace le capability dei fornitori e selezionare i fornitori ottimali
- Portare avanti le trattative e la gestione dei contratti in maniera più efficace
- Tracciare il flusso dell’ordine di acquisto dall’identificazione dei requisiti alla chiusura dell’ordine di acquisto
- Monitorare le prestazioni del fornitore e dell’organizzazione Procurement utilizzando dati e KPIs
- Impegnarti in un approvvigionamento sostenibile ed etico
Dopo aver superato l’esame, il partecipante riceverà il prestigioso Supply Chain Procurement Certificate di ASCM.
Su richiesta, è possibile abbinare il programma a delle sessioni Office Hours con i nostri istruttori certificati (tipicamente di 1,5 ore – ogni 2 settimane) per approfondimenti, spiegazioni e discussioni dei case studies.

Il corso prevede 20 ore di formazione e-learning.
Al termine del corso il candidato potrà sostenere l’esame finale online. L’esame consiste in un questionario con domande a risposta multipla.
Il corso e l’esame finale sono in inglese. È pertanto richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
